1. Take action
Tackle your anger energy. Even do something generous for others. Pour your spirit, emotions and energy into the things which are fertile, healthy and productive.
2. Write in your diary
What we can’t say, we can write confidently. Write what you’re feeling and how you want to react or respond to it. It can help us calm down and re-evaluate the events leading up to our feelings if we processing it through the written word.
3. Find the most immediate solution
We might be angry at times when our siblings or child has left the rooms a mess before going outside. Just calm your mind and turn music on or call one of a good friend and look for similar resolutions in any situation or we can temporarily end our anger by putting it out of our mind.
4. Rehearse your response
Prevent an eruption by practicing what we’re going to say and how we’re going to tackle the problem in coming future. This period of practice gives us time to role-play diverse solutions which are suitable.
5. Change your routine schedule
If the slow speed of our work makes us angry then find a new path to make it interesting and which boosts the speed as well. Choose those alternatives which make you less upset even if they may take longer.
6. Talk to a person who makes you happy
Don’t involve yourself in those circumstances that made you angry. By talking with a person who is trusted and supportive and provide a new perspective help yourself to feel more vigorous.
7. Laugh
Nothing exhaust a bad mood like a great one. Destroy your anger by developing new paths to laugh. Even by watching stand-up comedies, scrolling memes or playing with kids.
8. Take a timeout
Give yourself a relaxing time or break. Which keep yourself alone for a while. In this quiet time, you can control your emotions or become neutral. A relaxing time is so helpful to refresh your mind.
9. Walk and Exercise
Exercise a trusted source, it can help reduce anger and calm your nervousness. Ride your vehicle, go for a walk. These help our limbs pumping which is good for your mind and body.
10. Practice gratitude
Take a moment to focus on the good when everything goes wrong. Realizing the great things we have in our lives and can help us neutralize anger and turn the negative situation in a positive.
