Edward Niño Hernández was officially named as the world’s shortest living man on September 4, 2010 by the Guinness World Records. At 24 years of age Hernandez was 0.7 m (2 ft 3 1⁄2 in) tall and weighed 10 kg (22 lb). He lives in Bogotá, Colombia.

Khagendra Thapa Magar (Nepali: खगेन्द्र थापामगर) (born 4 October 1992), was the shortest man in the world, measuring 0.67 m (2 ft 2 in). Formerly the shortest teenager in the world, Magar took the title of shortest man from Edward Niño Hernández when he turned 18 on 14 October 2010. Magar is a primordial dwarf. He lost the title of “World’s Shortest Man” on 13 June 2011, to Junrey Balawing of the Philippines.
5. Jyoti Amge (Shortest Woman Alive)
Jyoti Amge hold Limca Book of Records and the Guinness World Records as the world’s smallest woman. Following Amge’s 18th birthday on December 21, 2011, she was officially declared the world’s smallest woman by Guinness World Records with a height of 62.8 centimetres (2 ft 0.6 in). Her restricted height is due to a growth abnormality called achondroplasia.

Junrey Balawing (born April 5, 1993) is a Filipino. He is on the top of list of Smallest Human Beings Alive and record holder at the Guinness Book of World Records . Balawing is the world’s shortest man alive measuring at 59.93 centimetres (23.59 in) tall. The declaration came during Balawing’s 18th birthday celebration. Guinness World Records official said Balawing broke the record of Khagendra Thapa Magar of Nepal, who is 0.67 m (2 ft 2 1⁄3 in) tall.

But determined Stacey, from Kentucky in the USA, has successfully defied doctors three times, and now she and husband Wil, 27, a trainee vicar, who is 5ft 9ins, are thinking about having more babies.

Aditya ‘Romeo’ Dev (1 November 1988 – 13 September 2012) was an Indian body builder, entertainer and dancer with dwarfism made famous by being reported in the British press in February 2008. Romeo could shoulder press custom made 2 kg dumbbells, a notable feat given his 9 kg (20 lbs.) body weight and 84 cm (2′ 9″) stature. Although it has not been published in a Guinness World Records book, in 2006 they recognized him to be the “world’s smallest bodybuilder“.

Shannon Bobbitt is the shortest player in WNBA history with a height of 5′ 2″. Born in the Bronx, New York, Shannon Bobbitt won two NCAA Championships with the Tennessee Volunteers in college before she started playing in the WNBA.
10. Chandra Bahadur Dangi (Shortest Adult Human)
Chandra Bahadur Dangi (30 Nov 1939 – 3 September 2015) was the shortest man in recorded history, measuring 54.6 cm (1 ft 9 1⁄2 in). He broke the record of Gul Mohammed (1957–97), whose height was 57 cm (1 ft 10 in). Chandra came to the attention of the media when a wood contractor saw him in his village in the Dang district of Nepal, and he was awarded the title of shortest adult human ever recorded after his height was measured in February 2012.
