Try to avoid to touch your eyes, mouth and nose

Our hands touch several surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus to your mouth, nose or eyes. And then, the virus can enter your body and make you infected or sick.
Practice respiratory hygiene
Make sure the people around you, maintaining good respiratory hygiene. This means cover your mouth and nose with tissue or with your bent elbow when you cough or sneeze.
