Yet to read this book "EXTRA VIRGINITY", but from experience I'll say: Smell: nope, strength doesn't match other brands that I've liked Thickness: way thicker than others Taste: it has that bitter aftertaste, but could that be groundnut/mustard/etc Feels: after consuming a tsp, it did give me the effects I look for from olive/olive oils (quite sensitive I am) Packaging: disappoint, glass is preferred, the darker the better, I've dumped it into fridge after tasting, but you shouldn't leave it out in open. EVOO deteriorates with heat, air, light.
